Vegan Hot Chocolate
Our comforting vegan hot chocolate recipe is the perfect winter warmer! Within five simple steps you'll find yourself curled up, hot chocolate in hand, ready to watch your favorite movie. Made with Supplant vegan dark chocolate, or orange dark chocolate if preferred, you can even top this with some tasty extras like vegan marshmallows, cream and more!

Ingredients
- 2 cups oat drink (barista blend, ideally)
- 1 ½ bars of Supplant™ Dark or Orange Dark chocolate
- 2 tsp agave or maple syrup (to taste)
- 1 cup vegan whipping cream
Directions
- Gently heat the oat drink in a pan until it's simmering. Break the chocolate into pieces.
- Carefully drop in the chocolate pieces, saving one piece for final touches and pour in the syrup.
- Whisk everything together gently until melted, smooth and creamy, then divide and pour into your two favorite mugs.
- While the hot chocolate cools, in a chilled bowl whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks, and grate the remaining chocolate.
- With a spoon, carefully divide the whipped cream between the two mugs, then sprinkle with the grated chocolate. Sit back, stick on a movie and enjoy!
