Chocolate Covered Apples
What's better than an apple? An apple smothered in Supplant chocolate and delicious toppings, obvs! Spice up your fruit game with one of our tastiest vegan recipes yet.

Ingredients
- 6 apples
- 6 wooden skewers
- 6.3 oz Supplant Dark Chocolate
- 2 tsp candy sprinkles
- 2 tbsp pistachios, chopped
- 2 tbsp freeze dried strawberries
- 2 tbsp chocolate dipped pretzels
- 2 tsp chocolate sprinkles
- 1 tsp sea salt
Directions
- Put a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water, being careful that the bowl doesn’t touch the water. Break up the Supplant chocolate and add to bowl.
- Stir frequently for 5 to 10 mins until completely melted, smooth and shiny, then remove from the heat. (If preferred, you can also heat the chocolate on a low heat, until melted.)
- Remove the stalks from each apple and insert a wooden skewer in its place.
- Line a large board with baking paper. Pick up the apples by their sticks and dunk into the melted chocolate, using a spoon to coat the tops of the apples.
- Completely coat the apples before allowing any excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl, then place each apple onto the baking paper on your prepared board, with the skewer poking up. Leave to set for a minute or two.
- Separate your decorations into different bowls. When the chocolate on the apples is just starting to set, sprinkle the decorations onto the apples. Hold them on their side and rotate using the skewer as you sprinkle, until you completely cover each apple.
- Once ready, place back on the tray and leave until completely set, before tucking in!
