Vegan Chocolate-Covered Apples

We love nothing more than combining Supplant chocolate with fruit, and this this one will knock your socks off – so delicious, and a great healthy take on dessert, too!




  • 6 strong skewers
  • 6 medium apples
  • 2 SupplantDark Chocolate bars
  • Your favorite toppings – we chose chocolate sprinkles, 100s & 1000s, pistachios (watch for allergies at the office), freeze-dried strawberries, Maldon sea salt and mini pretzels!



1. Pierce the apples with skewers deeply

2. Melt Supplant chocolate in a bowl over hot water or in the microwave – be careful not to overcook!

3. One at a time and holding them by their skewer, roll your apples in the melted chocolate. If needed, you can spoon melted chocolate over any missed bits!

4. Once covered in chocolate, roll each apple into a different topping.

5. Allow chocolate to cool and solidify, then enjoy!
